Our Vision

The Reachable, Teachable, and Inclusive (RTI) project endeavors to increase engagement in care, treatment, and behavioral health services for individuals in Montgomery County, who have substance use disorder (SUD) and/or co-occurring disorder (COD) and those who are at risk for or are living with HIV/AIDS.
